Tottenham leaned the interest expression in relation

The owners of Tottenham have “clearly rejected” an informal interest expression of a US consortium, which had reportedly planned a takeover offer of 4.5 billion pounds.

Spurs’ majority owner ENIC, led by the Lewis Family Trust, also led two preliminary expressions of interest in the club at the beginning of this month, including one of Amanda Staveley PCP Limited.

Since Spurs follow the British takeover code, expressions of interest or official offers must be published. PCP confirmed that it does not intend to submit an offer and cannot return for the next six months.

In the meantime, reports by The Sun have claimed that a consortium, which is managed by the American Tech Entrepreneur Brooklyn Earick, started a takeover of 4.5 billion GBP.

It is proposed that 3.3 billion GBP would buy the club, with the remaining 1.2 billion GBP being put aside for the investment in the team. According to reports, a Stadium Law Law Treaty of 250 million GBP is also increased.

However, Standard sport Understand that no offer was submitted and Spurs confirms in a statement that an approach from Earick’s consortium was rejected.

“The board of the club and ENIC confirm that Tottenham Hotspur is not for sale and that ENIC does not want to sell his participation in the club,” says the explanation.

A source near the Lewis family told Standard sport: “This unsolicited and unnecessary interest does not change anything to change the determination and commitment of the family to do everything to promote success on the field. The club is not for sale.”

According to report, Earick would like to be present at the beginning of the January Transfer window because he wants to start an ambitious project quickly.

He went on Instagram on Friday to publish a countdown until October 24th.

NFL and NBA investors are reportedly part of the 12-man consortium with Earick, who was involved in a failed attempt at the beginning of this year to acquire the Formula E team Maserati.

At the beginning of this month, Spurs CEO Vinai Venkatesham said: “There were many newspaper articles and many media speculations about a takeover, so I can be really clear. So the Lewis family is really clear.

“You see that your participation in Tottenham Hotspur is long -term and your participation over the generations will continue.

“We handed in very late last night and an explanation that I hope that she was clearly clear that Tottenham Hotspur was not for sale.”
